The Studio

Second Wind Pilates Plus® Studio

The studio offers approximately 30 small-group classes weekly in beginner, intermediate and advanced Pilates both on the mat and equipment. Private sessions are available Monday through Sunday. Second Wind's Teacher-Training Certification training is presented on a quarterly basis.

Students range in age from young teenagers to elderly adults, all of whom work towards diverse fitness goals such as enhanced core strength, endurance and flexibility, as well as improved postural alignment, coordination, rehabilitation and pain management.
