Ladder Barrel Certification
The Pilates Ladder Barrel is a rounded barrel surface with ladder-like rungs at one end, used to stretch and strengthen our spine, core and limbs. Exercises on the Barrel challenge core muscles in all planes of movement. Designed to explore neuromuscular coordination, strength, and control, the syllabus combines stretching and strengthening movements to release tension while building deep support and skill.
DURATION: 10 hours of studio instruction, plus self-practice, observation, and internship teaching hours. Details are outlined later on page 35 in the Certification Information Package. Maximum 3 students
PRE-REQUISITE: Pilates Mat & Reformer Certification Training or permission from the Director.
