Studio Information Guide
 
 

The studio offers approximately 30 small-group classes
weekly in beginner, intermediate and advanced Pilates
both on the mat and equipment. Private sessions are
available Monday through Sunday.

Our clients range in age from young teenagers to
elderly adults, all of whom work towards diverse fitness
goals such as enhanced core strength, endurance
and flexibility, as well as improved postural alignment,
coordination, movement rehabilitation and pain
management.
