Small Group Classes

Second Wind® Pilates Plus® offers approximately 30 small-group weekly classes, in beginner, intermediate, and advanced Pilates.

Our classes are by registration according to the four seasons: autumn, winter, spring and summer. The number of weeks in each session is therefore different for each season, dependant on the length of each season. We do not offer drop-in classes except as a one-time complementary trial class so you can become familiar with the exceptional quality of our studio and instruction.

Our classes are small in number and great in experience and results. We offer 90-minute classes and 60-minute classes.

90-minute classes:
These classes are called COMBO classes, short for classes that 'combine' Mat and Reformer Training. Each class consists of 45 minutes of Mat work with 45 minutes of Reformer work.

A 90-minute class holds an average of 4 to 5 students, with a minimum of 3 students.

60-minute classes:
These one-hour classes consist of Mat work only, combine Mat and Reformer training, or Yoga and Mat work.

A 60-minutes class holds an average of 5 students, with a minimum of 4 students.
