The studio offers approximately 30 small-group classes
weekly in beginner, intermediate and advanced Pilates
both on the mat and equipment.
All Second Wind’s group classes are small in number
and great in experience and results. Each of our classes
holds a maximum of 4 students. |
Second Wind’s class sessions are organized according
to our four seasons: autumn, winter, spring and summer.
Each class session is therefore different in length,
depending on the season.
